Garment Care
Our pieces are made to last when cared for properly. Each garment includes specific care instructions on its label. Below are general guidelines by fabric type.
Silk Charmeuse & Georgette
- Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent
- Do not wring or twist — gently press out water
- Lay flat on a clean towel to dry
- Iron on low heat or steam while hanging
- Store flat or on padded hangers to prevent stretching
French Lace
- Hand wash only in cool water
- Use a mesh laundry bag if needed
- Never wring, bleach, or tumble dry
- Lay flat to dry, reshaping gently
Corsets & Structured Pieces
- Spot clean only — do not submerge
- Professional dry cleaning recommended for full cleaning
- Store flat, never folded, to maintain boning shape
- Allow to air after wearing before storing
Wool Crepe
- Dry clean recommended
- Steam to remove wrinkles
- Store on padded hangers with adequate spacing
