An Invitation
FERN New York is extending a private invitation to a select group of individuals — trusted friends, colleagues, and fellow members of the luxury world — to participate in our Maison Ambassador Program.
If you have a client relationship, a network, or simply a conversation where FERN feels like a natural fit, this program is designed for you. When you introduce a new client to FERN and they make a purchase, you earn a commission.
There is no quota, no obligation, and no timeline. Simply share what you love.

How It Works
Your Code
You will receive a personal ambassador code upon joining.
For RTW purchases on fernnewyork.com, your client enters your code at checkout. For custom couture orders, your code is noted on the client intake form at time of consultation. Your code is yours to keep — there is no expiration and no annual renewal required. Please share it privately, one-on-one only.
New Clients Only
Existing FERN clients are not eligible for commission.
Subsequent Sales
A follow-up purchase is commissionable when you have sent a written message — email, text, or direct message — directly to that client, naming FERN or a specific FERN product, and including a direct ask: to purchase, book an appointment, or visit fernnewyork.com. That message must have been sent within 90 days before an RTW purchase, or within 9 months before a couture order is placed. General mentions, passive shares, or messages without a specific call to action do not qualify. Keep your outreach records — you may be asked to provide them.
A Few Important Notes
- This program is private and invitation-only. Please keep the details between us.
- Ambassadors participate as independent contractors, not FERN employees.
- Commission is not owed if an order is canceled, disputed, or not completed.
- Please share your ambassador code privately — via direct message, text, or email only. Do not post it publicly on any platform.
- If you publicly recommend FERN on any platform, please disclose your ambassador relationship per FTC guidelines. Use clear language such as "Ambassador for FERN New York" or Instagram's Paid Partnership tag.
