Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders over $250*, shipped via UPS Standard Ground (3–7 business days).

*Complimentary shipping does not apply to couture commissions. Couture pieces are shipped via insured carrier with rates determined during your consultation.

Express shipping is available at checkout:

• • Overnight Shipping — rate calculated at checkout

Products are shipped in 100% recycled boxes and tissue paper. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is always the customer's responsibility; prepaid labels are not provided.

Order Processing

Orders take 1–2 business days for domestic processing before shipment, and 2–3 business days for international processing. Please note these are preparation/processing times only and do not include shipping transit time. All purchases are insured; responsibility for loss or damage during shipping falls on the mail carrier. Tracking updates are provided as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. FERN is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.

International Orders

Online checkout is currently available for US shipping addresses only. For international orders, please contact fern@fernnewyork.com for a shipping quote and delivery timeline.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs inspections.

Multiple Item Orders

If an order contains both RTW and made-to-order (MTO) items, the RTW item will ship first, separately. The MTO item will ship once completed. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged with care.

Address Changes & Cancellations

To update your shipping address after placing an order, email fern@fernnewyork.com immediately. Orders may be canceled before shipment if the RTW item has not been fulfilled or the MTO piece has not been started.

Gift Options

A gift message may be included with your order upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Request Window: 14 days from receipt
• Processing & Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive the return
• Refund Timing: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing

Eligible Items

Ready-to-wear items are eligible for a full refund if returned in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.

Made-to-order items in an existing FERN style (standard sizing) are eligible for store credit only — no cash or card refunds. Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.

Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return

• • Items modified to fit unique measurements
• • Hemmed or fitted garments
• • Personalized or monogrammed items
• • Beauty products, face masks
• • Any item marked as final sale

Exchanges

Contact fern@fernnewyork.com to exchange for the right size or another eligible style. No exchanges on custom or couture pieces.

Gift Items

Purchases made as gifts are subject to the same 14-day return policy.

Split Returns

Customers may return some items from a multi-item order.

How to Return

1. Email fern@fernnewyork.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and original materials.
3. Ship the package back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Your return will be processed and inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt.
5. Refund or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days of processing, depending on item type.

Conditions for Returns

• • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• • Lingerie must be tried on over your own undergarments; items worn directly on the skin cannot be accepted
• • Opened hosiery, damaged, altered, or personalized items cannot be returned
• • No partial refunds or partial damage returns
